Competitors Information for Round 1 Phillip Island

23/05/2012

Garage Allocation Following receipt of competitors and team requests which we have in each case been able to approve, SKA has made final allocations of spaces and these have been notified to Shannons by SKA so now are official. For event management and OH & S reasons, competitors must be able to be located in their recorded pit space so no swapping of spaces or paddock trailer pitting is permitted. Please see the Garage Map and Garage Allocations SK(final) documents attached to this email or under the website 'Events' tab.

Garage Payment There are two options for your Garage Payments which must be made in amounts according to your named entry on the garage allocations listing:

  • 1. Cash/Cheque payment to the Event Manager Clint Brown on garage occupation at the event, or
  • 2. Prior to your arrival at the event by direct eft payment to SKA (bring confirmation to the event)

Further Regulations This document is one of the most important notices you will receive for this event. It contains instructions about general access to the circuit, the practice, qualifying and racing procedures, and other information necessary for you to know about this event. Please download it at the 'Events' tab and read it thoroughly, so you can prepare and are familiar with the particular aspects and conduct of the event.

Disclaimer Forms Note that for your entry to be fully completed and accepted, you must return to SKA the hard copy signed Series Form Disclaimer and Phillip Island Entry Confirmation Disclaimer, you can download these under the SKA website 'Events' tab. SKA can accept clearly scanned completed and signed documents by email for processing and advises competitors to bring originals to the event. Any remaining outstanding disclaimers or omitted docs will need to be completed at the event, so to avoid a possible lengthy delay in clearance of your entry to partake in on-track sessions it is best to get these done now before the event.
